For example, the Siemens inverter adopts vector mode, which can distinguish between reactive power (excitation current) and active power (torque current), and loads the corresponding excitation current according to the actual torque current (load size), saving energy while ensuring speed. On the other hand, it reduces equipment wear and maintenance costs. Long-term high-speed operation of the belt is prone to increased wear. The intelligent speed control system enables the belt to run at a suitable speed, extending the service life of the equipment and indirectly reducing energy consumption costs.

To achieve better energy consumption optimization, it is necessary to promote coordinated efforts from multiple aspects. In terms of motors, energy-saving motors above IE3 are selected, which are much more efficient than ordinary asynchronous motors and can greatly reduce the conversion of energy loss into heat. In terms of frequency converters, pay attention to their design and IGBT component level. The smaller the on-state voltage drop and the more reasonable the carrier frequency, the lower the energy consumption. In addition, optimizing the layout and process of the conveyor line and reducing the roundabout transportation of materials can also reduce energy consumption.

The application of intelligent speed control system in logistics belt conveyor line provides an effective way to optimize energy consumption. Through real-time monitoring, intelligent speed control, combined with equipment selection and process optimization, logistics companies are expected to significantly reduce energy consumption while improving transportation efficiency, and achieve green, efficient and sustainable development.
